not limited to the Circle Community, Practice Better, quizzes, funnels, or related services), you

agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website and all affiliated services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LPB Wellness, LLC, a

Utah limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Vital Mom™️ is the

proprietary and intellectual property of LPB Wellness, LLC.

(collectively, the “Services”) are provided for informational and educational purposes only. You

agree to use the Site and Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Method™, Vital Compass™, Well Mama Checkup™, Vital Signs Blood Screen™ , True North

Intensive™), are owned or licensed by LPB Wellness, LLC and are protected by copyright,

trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may download or print limited portions of content for personal, non-commercial use only.

No content may be copied, shared, or redistributed for business purposes without express written

permission from LPB Wellness, LLC.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payment in full, or as authorized as part of payment plan, is required before access to any paid

Services, courses, or lab offerings is granted. By submitting payment information, you authorize

LPB Wellness, LLC and its third-party processors to charge your payment method for the agreed

amounts.

Refund Policy:

 All sales of lab services, courses, and digital deliverables are final.

 Coaching packages are non-refundable once services have begun. In extenuating

circumstances, LPB Wellness, LLC may, at its sole discretion, allow services to be

paused or converted to another program or service of comparable value.

Chargebacks and payment disputes are prohibited once these Terms have been accepted. Any

chargeback filed after the acceptance of Services may result in reporting to credit agencies or

debt collection services.

4. Medical Disclaimer

All information provided through this Site, the Vital Mom Method™, the Vital Compass™, Well

Mama Checkup™, Vital Signs Blood Screen™, or any associated programs, is intended for

informational and educational purposes only.

LPB Wellness, LLC does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription services.

Nothing on this Site or within our Services should be interpreted as a substitute for medical

advice from your physician or other qualified healthcare provider.

Always seek the advice of your healthcare provider before making any changes to your diet,

supplements, medications, or exercise routines.

Participation in any LPB Wellness, LLC program signifies your understanding that you are

responsible for your own health decisions.

5. Affiliate Disclosure

From time to time, LPB Wellness, LLC may recommend products or services through affiliate

links, including but not limited to Fullscript, Amazon, or other partners.

We may earn a small commission from qualifying purchases made through these links, at no

These commissions do not influence our recommendations; only products and resources

personally used and fully endorsed by Kristin Whitaker, the Vital Mom, under the umbrella of

LPB Wellness, LLC are ever shared.
