What if I don’t use a CGM?
No problem. The program is still valuable with or without a monitor. You’ll learn to notice hunger cues, energy shifts, mood swings, and how food affects you directly. While you will gain more targeted insight with a monitor, you aren’t obligated to order one.
What if I’m already working with Kristin?

Hi, I’m Kristin Whitaker—a Master Nutrition Therapist, Master Restorative Health Practitioner and an Instructor at the Institute for Restorative health.
